What we are
7-24 Health is a private, independent referral service that matches consumers with licensed insurance agents in our partner network. We are not a Medicare program, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Medicare program, the Social Security Administration, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any government agency. The official government Medicare website is medicare.gov.
What we collect
When you complete the qualification form, we collect: your ZIP code, age bucket, current Medicare situation, first name, last name, email, and phone number. We also receive your IP address, browser type, and the date/time of your submission from our hosting provider.
We do not collect your Social Security number, your Medicare beneficiary identifier (MBI), your bank or credit card information, or any other sensitive identifier — those are never required by 7-24 Health, and any agent who asks for that information before you've explicitly chosen to enroll should be reported to us.
What we share — important
When you submit the form, we share all of the information you provided with one or more licensed insurance agents in our partner network so they can contact you to discuss Medicare plans. By submitting the form you consent to this sharing and to being contacted by 7-24 Health and the matched agent(s) by phone, text, and email.
We do not sell your data to general marketers. We do not share with anyone outside the licensed-agent Medicare-plan network.
TCPA notice
By submitting the form, you provide express written consent to be contacted by 7-24 Health and one or more licensed insurance agents at the phone number you provided, including by autodialer, prerecorded message, and SMS, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service or enrollment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or asking to be removed on any call.
Retention
We keep submission records for 24 months for compliance and quality control. After that they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion any time by emailing support@7-24health.com.
Cookies
One session cookie to remember which step of the form you're on. No third-party tracking pixels, no behavioral profiling, no advertising cookies.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data: email support@7-24health.com. 30-day response. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents have additional rights under state law — same email.
