STEP 1 OF 3 · Where do you live?

Three types of Medicare plans we help compare

Most adults choose between Medicare Advantage and Original Medicare plus a Supplement. The right answer depends on your doctors, prescriptions, and where you live. A licensed agent walks you through it after your qualification.

PART C

Medicare Advantage

$0/mo possible*

All-in-one alternative to Original Medicare. Often includes dental, vision, hearing, and prescription drug coverage in one plan.

  • Usually has a network of doctors
  • May include $0/mo premium plans
  • Often includes extras Original Medicare doesn't
PART G / N / F

Medicare Supplement

$110-$280/mo typical

Also called Medigap. Pairs with Original Medicare to cover costs Medicare doesn't, like the Part A deductible and copays.

  • Works with any Medicare-accepting doctor
  • No referrals needed
  • Predictable monthly cost
PART D

Prescription Drug Plans

$8-$110/mo typical

Standalone prescription drug coverage that pairs with Original Medicare. Annual deductible varies by plan and the drugs on your list.

  • Covers most retail pharmacies
  • Plan finder matches your current medications
  • Required if you're on Original Medicare

★★★★★
"I was overwhelmed comparing Medicare plans on my own. The agent they matched me with explained everything, didn't pressure me, and found a $0/mo Advantage plan that covers my doctors."

"My current Supplement plan was raising rates every year. They found me a Plan G with the same coverage at $60 less per month. Wish I'd switched years ago."

"Turning 65 was confusing. The form was actually 90 seconds and the agent who called the next day was patient and answered every question. Highly recommended."

Questions people ask first

Is 7-24 Health a government website? +
No. 7-24 Health is a private, independent referral service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Medicare program, the Social Security Administration, or any government agency. The official government Medicare website is medicare.gov.
Will checking my options affect my Medicare? +
No. Filling out the qualification form does not enroll you in any plan. Nothing happens until you speak with a licensed agent, review your options, and explicitly choose to enroll. You can stop at any point — there's no commitment from the form itself.
How do you make money if it's free for me? +
Our partner insurance carriers pay us a referral fee for qualified introductions to licensed insurance agents. You pay nothing for the service. The agent who calls you is licensed and paid by the insurance carrier whose plan you eventually enroll in, if you do.
What's the difference between Medicare Advantage and Supplement? +
Medicare Advantage (Part C) is an alternative to Original Medicare — one plan from a private insurer that bundles your coverage and often includes extras like dental and vision. Medicare Supplement (Medigap) pairs with Original Medicare to fill in the cost gaps Original Medicare doesn't cover. The agent walks you through which fits your situation.
When can I enroll or change plans? +
Annual Open Enrollment runs October 15 – December 7 each year (for coverage starting January 1). You can also enroll during your Initial Enrollment Period (3 months before through 3 months after your 65th birthday) or during a Special Enrollment Period if you have a qualifying life event (moving, losing employer coverage, etc.).
What happens after I submit the form? +
Within 1 business day, a licensed insurance agent will call you at the phone number you provided. They'll review the plans available in your ZIP code that match your situation, answer questions, and help you decide whether to enroll. You can always say "no thanks" — there's no obligation.
What if I'm not 65 yet? +
You can start exploring options 3 months before your 65th birthday — that's the beginning of your Initial Enrollment Period. If you're more than 90 days away, we'll add you to a follow-up list and reach out when you're in the enrollment window.

By submitting this form, you consent to be contacted by 7-24 Health and one or more licensed insurance agents at the phone number and email you provided, including by autodialer, prerecorded message, and SMS, even if the number is on a Do Not Call list.
